Ricotta with apples and horseradish

This is one of my favorite breakfasts. Toasted rye bread, ricotta and grated apples with horseradish. Ricotta softens the spiciness of horseradish but does not reduce its health effects. Horseradish is important to eat especially after antibiotic treatment because it regulates the intestinal microflora, strengthens the body and at the same time has an anti-inflammatory effect. I recommend putting the apples in glasses for the winter so you can always have vitamins at hand.
