Would you like to change what you eat for breakfast sometimes? Try this unconventional quick porridge inspired by my favorite carrot cake.
Carrots contain beta-carotene, vitamins A, B8, C, K, fiber, calcium, potassium, iron, copper, manganese, pantothenic acid, folic acid and easily digestible sugar. So it’s clear that you can’t go wrong by including carrots in your diet.
TIP: I always recommend cooking carrots with fat (for example frying in a pan). Leave to cool for a while and wipe off all the fat from the pan – that’s where the valuable beta-carotene is.
