Do you occasionally eat a sweet lunch? Try these sugar-free curd cheese dumplings. They are full of protein, so they are really filling and you are guaranteed to enjoy them. Instead of plums, you can also use strawberries or other favorite fruits. I like to prepare them in advance and store them in the freezer. Then I put them straight into boiling water and I’m done.
